DESIGN CONCEPT

  • Bungalow is designed as per vastu principles & structure blending with the landscape around.
  • Plot is located on upper terrain of hill at very scenic location having city view and hill view on north & west side. So we design the bungalow with full height windows to enjoy complete view of the city and hills.
  • Entire landscaping is in progress considering the natural slope with minimum cut filling to make the site development cost effective.
  • Bungalow is designed with complete modern & contemporary elevation approach with simple white colour scheme for exterior.

DESIGN CONCEPT

  • Bungalow is designed as per vastu principles.
  • Client requirement was to design the bungalow which is cost effective & simple in execution as well as they wanted to have sloping roof as design element of bungalow. So, we designed sloping roof at 2 different levels to create massing in overall elevation composition.

DESIGN CONCEPT

  • We have designed the building with central courtyard & skylight above to create natural light to the central area of office building .
  • Client required glass façade to entire building so we have used different type of glasses with different UV Values considering climatological parameters to reduce the heat inside and glair outside structure of building Façade.
  • We have designed the office building based on vastu principles as per client need.

Yashodhan Apartment Mayur Colony, Pune.

DESIGN CONCEPT

  • As plot area is small the challenge was to design building with maximum usable area with minimum common areas to increase the saleability of scheme.
  • We have designed the tenements with minimum internal passage area & circulation space to increase the room sizes.
  • 3BHK is designed as per vastu principles.
  • Elevation of building is completely contemporary with simple straight lines & earthy colour scheme.
  • We design the building on particular grid to accommodate maximum parking .There were lot of constraints to accommodate parking requirements.
